Refund Policy

Cancellations

Please contact info@dermalfillersaustralia.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. A A$47.50 administration fee may apply to cancellations requested more than 24 hours after order confirmation where order-processing work has begun. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you need to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and stored as directed. A receipt or order number is required.

For safety and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned for change of mind, including opened goods, temperature-sensitive goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials and products that include needles. Sale or end-of-line items are not refundable for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Inspect your parcel promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photographs. Do not use or dispose of the product until we have responded.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Bank-transfer refunds require verified account details supplied through an official support channel. Processing time may vary between financial institutions.

Return delivery

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or Australian consumer law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return-delivery costs. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact info@dermalfillersaustralia.com before returning any item.
