Dermal Fillers Australia delivers online orders across Australia using tracked courier services.

Flat-rate shipping

Standard Australia-wide shipping is A$30.38 per order, unless a different rate is clearly shown at checkout or included in a confirmed bulk-order quote.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment has cleared and stock has been confirmed. Standard in-stock orders are normally prepared within five working days. Orders placed with a pre-order item are dispatched according to the estimated date shown for that item.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent when a courier booking is completed. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, courier conditions and any product-specific handling requirements.

Professional and temperature-sensitive products

Customers must review product storage and handling information before ordering. On receipt, inspect the parcel promptly and store products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
