When will my order be prepared?

Standard in-stock orders are normally prepared within five working days after payment has cleared and stock is confirmed. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.

What happens if my order contains a pre-order item?

The complete order is normally dispatched when the pre-order item becomes available. See the Pre-Orders page for details.

Are professional-use products suitable for everyone?
